饼干阅读不收集、不上传、不共享任何个人信息，包括孩子的信息。App 无需注册登录，没有广告、没有内购、没有第三方统计或追踪工具，不申请相机、麦克风、定位、通讯录、相册等任何权限，阅读时不需要联网。
一、我们是谁
"饼干阅读"（以下称"本 App"）由 杭州秋茗科技有限公司（以下称"我们"）开发和运营。本 App 是一款面向儿童及家庭的中文有声绘本 App，故事改编自已进入公有领域的经典名著。

本政策依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《儿童个人信息网络保护规定》《未成年人网络保护条例》等规定制定。本政策第四部分为专门的儿童个人信息保护规则，请监护人仔细阅读。
二、我们不收集任何个人信息
- 不收集姓名、年龄、生日、手机号、邮箱、照片、声音、位置、通讯录等任何个人信息；
- 不收集设备标识符（IDFA、IDFV 等）、IP 地址、使用行为数据或崩溃日志；
- 不包含任何第三方 SDK（包括统计、广告、推送、登录、支付 SDK）；
- 不提供聊天、评论、上传、分享到社交平台等功能，孩子无法在 App 中发布任何信息；
- 不使用个人信息进行画像、个性化推荐或自动化决策营销；
- 不向任何第三方出售、提供或共享信息，也不存在个人信息出境。
三、只保存在您设备上的内容
为了让孩子下次接着读，本 App 会在您设备上的 App 存储空间内保存以下设置。它们只保存在本机，不会上传，我们也无法访问：

删除本 App 即可全部清除。若您开启了 iCloud 设备备份，这些设置可能随 Apple 的备份一起保存，该过程由 Apple 依其隐私政策处理。
网络与内容下载：当前版本的全部插画与配音都内置在 App 中，阅读无需联网。今后新增故事可能通过 Apple 提供的"后台资源"（Background Assets）功能从 Apple 的服务器下载，下载由 Apple 完成，我们不会因此获得您或孩子的任何信息。
四、儿童个人信息保护规则
本 App 专为儿童设计。我们将不满十四周岁的未成年人视为"儿童"，其个人信息属于敏感个人信息。
- 不收集原则：本 App 在任何功能中都不收集儿童个人信息，因此无需监护人授权同意流程。
- 功能变化时先征得同意：如将来确需处理儿童个人信息，我们会先更新本规则，以显著、清晰的方式告知监护人处理的目的、方式、范围、存储期限等，并在取得监护人同意后才会处理；监护人可随时撤回同意。
- 监护人的权利：由于我们不收集信息，通常没有可供查阅、复制、更正或删除的数据。监护人可随时删除 App 清除本机数据；如有任何疑问，可通过上方邮箱联系我们。
- 专人负责：我们指定上述负责人专门负责儿童个人信息保护事务。
- 意外获得时的处理：如您发现我们在任何情况下获得了儿童的个人信息，请立即联系我们，我们将尽快删除。
五、AI 生成内容说明
本 App 中的插画和朗读配音由人工智能生成，并经人工挑选与审核。App 运行时不会调用任何 AI 服务，也不会使用孩子的声音、照片或任何个人信息生成内容。
六、第三方
本 App 的下载、更新及（如有）付款由 Apple 提供，适用 Apple 的隐私政策（apple.com.cn/legal/privacy）。除此之外，本 App 不与任何第三方共享信息。
七、投诉与联系
如对本政策或孩子的隐私有任何问题、意见或投诉，请发送邮件至 670638350@qq.com，我们会在 15 个工作日内回复。您也可以向网信、公安等有关部门投诉、举报。
八、政策更新
如本 App 处理信息的方式发生变化，我们会先更新本政策并在 App 更新说明中提示；涉及儿童个人信息的，会先取得监护人同意。更新后的政策将在本页面发布。
English Version — Cookie Reads (饼干阅读) Privacy Policy
The short version
Cookie Reads collects, uploads and shares no personal information — not yours, and not your child's. There is no account or sign-in, no advertising, no in-app purchases, no third-party analytics or tracking, no permission requests (camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos), and no internet connection is needed to read.
1. Who we are
Cookie Reads (饼干阅读, "the App") is developed and operated by 杭州秋茗科技有限公司 ("we", "us"). The App is a Mandarin Chinese read-along picture-book app for children and families, with stories adapted from public-domain classics.

This policy is written to meet the PRC Personal Information Protection Law, the Provisions on the Cyber Protection of Children's Personal Information, the Regulations on the Protection of Minors Online, as well as COPPA (US) and GDPR (EU/UK) principles.
2. We collect no personal information
- No names, ages, birthdays, phone numbers, emails, photos, voice recordings, location or contacts;
- No device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV), IP addresses, usage analytics or crash logs;
- No third-party SDKs of any kind (analytics, ads, push, login or payment);
- No chat, comments, uploads or social sharing — children cannot publish anything in the App;
- No profiling, personalised recommendations or automated marketing;
- We never sell, share or transfer information to anyone, and no data leaves your country.
3. What stays on your device only
So your child can pick up where they left off, the App stores the following inside its own storage on your device. It never leaves the device and we cannot access it.

Deleting the App removes all of it. If you use iCloud device backup, these settings may be included in Apple's backup, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
Network and downloads: all illustrations and narration in the current version are built into the App. Future stories may be downloaded from Apple's servers using Apple's Background Assets feature; Apple performs the download and we receive no information about you or your child.
4. Children's privacy rules
- No collection. The App does not collect personal information from children (under 14 in mainland China, under 13 in the US, or the age set by your local law) in any feature, so no parental-consent flow is needed.
- Consent before any change. If a future feature ever needed children's personal information, we would update these rules first, clearly explain the purpose, method, scope and retention, and obtain verifiable parental consent before any processing. Parents could withdraw consent at any time.
- Parents' rights. Because we hold no data, there is normally nothing to access, copy, correct or delete. Parents can delete the App at any time to remove on-device data, and can contact us with any question.
- Dedicated contact. The person named above is responsible for children's privacy.
- If we ever receive a child's information by accident, tell us and we will delete it promptly.
5. AI-generated content
The illustrations and narration in the App were created with artificial intelligence and then selected and reviewed by people. The App does not call any AI service while running and never uses a child's voice, photo or personal information to generate anything.
6. Third parties
Downloads, updates and any payment for the App are provided by Apple under Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). We share no information with any other party.
7. Contact and complaints

8. Changes
If the way the App handles information changes, we will update this page first and mention it in the release notes. Where children's personal information would be involved, we will obtain parental consent first.
